Lubeck, Germany. May 6-8, 2005.
I have collected several pictures from the Lubeck on this page. I was there on the Vitamin D Symposium, at the beginning of May. The city is small, but beautiful. Many years ago, in the Middle Ages, it was the capital of the very rich and powerful Hansa Union - trade alliance of northern German cities. The trade has moved to the west after discovery of New World, and nowadays Lubeck is much more smaller than his old rival - Hamburg. Anyway, there are many nice buildings and churches in the city.
